Every Revolution vanity is built to order in our Manchester, NH workshop — virgin solid wood, voidless plywood box, dovetailed joinery, soft-close hardware, and a 7-to-12-step hand-applied lacquer finish. Never particleboard. Never rushed.
Solid Wood
Framing
Every frame, leg, and decorative element is built from solid hardwood — Maple, White Oak, or Walnut. Box panels are voidless veneer-core plywood — 3/4" sides, 1/2" back. Never particleboard, ever.
Dovetailed
Joinery
Description: Structural joints are dadoed, never doweled. Drawer boxes are dovetailed on all four corners. The result is furniture that holds up to decades of daily use in a humid bathroom.
Hand-Applied
Finish
Each piece passes through 7 to 12 hand-applied steps of catalyzed lacquer. Seven featured colors at launch — Hale Navy, Natural, White Painted, Revere Pewter, Driftwood, Walnut Stain, Caldwell Green — plus 20+ standard finishes.
