Terms of service
About these policies. Every Revolution vanity is a piece of furniture, custom-built to order in New England. Because our products are made specifically for each customer and delivered by freight, the policies below explain how we ship and deliver, how we handle damage and defects, when orders may be cancelled or returned, and how our warranty protects your investment. Please read them before ordering; contact us any time with questions.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Every Revolution vanity is custom-built to order and delivered with the same care used to build it. Within our New England service area (Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut, and Rhode Island), white-glove delivery by our own team is our standard service. Outside New England, we offer regional flat-rate Standard Delivery and, in many markets, an optional Premium White-Glove Delivery.
Lead Times & Production
Because each piece is made to order, production takes time. Vanities ship in 4–6 weeks regardless of finish. Custom sizes, finishes, or modifications may extend this timeframe. Your production window begins once your order and any custom finish selections are confirmed. We will send an order confirmation at purchase and a shipping notification with tracking or scheduling details when your vanity is ready.
Delivery Options
Customers select the delivery option available for their location during checkout. Availability depends on your region and site conditions.
Rates are flat by region and shown at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, offshore islands, and international destinations require a custom quotation (see Delivery Area & Limitations).

Access & Fit
Customers are responsible for confirming the vanity will fit through all access points, including doorways, hallways, stairwells, and turns. We recommend allowing at least 2 inches of clearance. If the product cannot be safely moved inside, it will be left at the closest safe, accessible location, and additional charges may apply for redelivery, storage, or alternative arrangements. Delivery teams will not remove doors, windows, railings, or cabinetry, and will not hoist products through windows or balconies.
Preparing for Your Delivery
-
Measure all access points along the delivery path.
-
Clear the delivery path and destination room.
-
Protect flooring as needed.
-
Have an adult (18+) present to receive the delivery.
-
Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it.
Inspection & Freight Damage
Inspect your shipment immediately on arrival. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, photograph the damage, retain all packaging, and contact us promptly. Report concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery. Full details on how damage and defects are handled — including what to send us and how we resolve claims — are in our Damage & Defect Policy.
Title & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery. Following the inspection steps above protects you and allows us to resolve any transit damage quickly.
Delivery Area & Limitations
Standard shipping applies to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, offshore islands, and international destinations require a custom quotation. Contact us before ordering to arrange delivery to these locations.
Questions
Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about access, logistics, or site conditions. We are glad to help you plan a smooth delivery.
Damage & Defect Policy
We build each vanity by hand and pack it carefully for freight transit, but on rare occasions an item is damaged in shipping or has a manufacturing defect. This policy explains what to do and how we make it right. It applies to items that arrive damaged in transit, have a defect in materials or workmanship present on arrival, or are materially different from what you ordered.
At the Time of Delivery
-
Inspect before you sign. Open and examine your shipment while the delivery team is present whenever possible.
-
Note damage on the delivery receipt. Write down any visible damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing.
-
Photograph everything. Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
-
Keep all packaging. Retain the carton and all packing materials until your claim is resolved.
-
Do not install a damaged or defective item. Installing an item signals acceptance and can limit how we are able to help (see below).
Reporting Windows
-
Visible damage: note it on the delivery receipt and report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
-
Concealed damage or defects: report within 48 hours of delivery, and before installation.
-
Incorrect or materially different item: report within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Report a Claim
Email support@revolutionvanities.com with the following, and we will acknowledge your claim within one business day:
-
Your order number
-
A short description of the issue
-
Photos: an overall shot of the item, close-ups of the damage or defect, the packaging/carton, and the shipping label
How We Resolve It
Many issues can be resolved from your photos alone, without returning the item. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue, Revolution will, at its discretion:
-
Send a replacement part or component;
-
Arrange a repair;
-
Replace the item; or
-
For minor cosmetic issues, offer a partial refund or allowance so you can keep the item.
|
No cost to you for qualifying claims For items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different and are reported within the windows above, Revolution covers the cost of the resolution — including replacement parts, repair, or a replacement unit, and any associated freight. We will coordinate the details with you directly. |
What This Policy Does Not Cover
-
Damage caused by customer handling, storage, installation, or modification after delivery;
-
Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care;
-
Natural characteristics and variation of wood and finishes, and normal wear and tear (see our Warranty Policy);
-
Issues reported after the applicable reporting window;
-
Items that were installed despite visible damage or a visible defect.
Concealed manufacturing defects that appear later, under normal household use, may be covered under our Warranty Policy.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Every Revolution vanity is custom-built to order — made to your chosen size, style, and finish. Because production begins specifically for you, this policy explains when an order can be changed, cancelled, or returned.
Cancellations
-
Within 24 hours of placing your order: cancel for a full refund.
-
After 24 hours: your order has entered production. Cancellations may be limited or subject to charges that reflect the work performed and materials committed to your custom piece.
-
Once an order has shipped: it cannot be cancelled. Please see Refused Deliveries below.
Changes & Modifications
Requests to change size, style, finish, or configuration can typically be accommodated within the 24-hour window. After production begins, changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your order.
Returns & Final Sale
Because each vanity is custom-built to order, all vanities are final sale after the 24-hour cancellation window. This is standard for made-to-order and custom furniture. The only exceptions are items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, which are handled under our Damage & Defect Policy, and qualifying issues covered by our Warranty Policy. Because our pieces are made to order, we do not offer exchanges.
Refused Deliveries
Undamaged orders that are refused at delivery for reasons other than shipping damage remain subject to the final-sale policy. In that case, the customer is responsible for the original delivery charges, return transportation, any carrier storage fees, and any redelivery fees.
Refunds
Approved refunds — such as a cancellation within the 24-hour window — are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process and appear on your statement after it is approved.
Questions
If you are unsure about sizing, finish, or fit, please reach out before ordering. We would rather help you get it right the first time than have you receive a piece that isn't quite what you pictured.
Five Year Limited Warranty
As the purchaser of a Revolution product, you have invested in furniture built to the highest standards of workmanship. Your furniture is protected by our Five-year limited workmanship warranty (the “Warranty”). This Warranty covers defects in workmanship; damage that occurs in transit or is present on arrival is handled under our Damage & Defect Policy.
Who Is Covered
This Warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Revolution does not extend this Warranty to subsequent owners of the product. Coverage applies for five (5 years from the date of delivery, provided the original purchaser owns the home in which the product is installed.
What Is Covered
Revolution warrants that your product will be free from defects in workmanship under normal household use, for five (5) years from the date of delivery, provided the original purchaser owns the home in which the product is installed. Specifically, this Warranty applies to: cabinet front frames, cabinet doors (for door warpage, see Special Notes below), cabinet back and side panels, shelves, tops and bottoms, and drawer fronts and drawer bodies. The pulls, handles hinges and drawer guides used in our products are covered under the separate warranties of those manufacturers.
Registration & Proof of Purchase
To help us serve you quickly, please register your product within 30 days of delivery and retain your proof of purchase. We may ask for proof of purchase and photos when you file a claim.
What Is Not Covered
This Warranty does not cover, and Revolution will not be responsible for:
-
Defects or damage arising from improper or negligent installation, misuse, accidents, or alterations (regardless of whether the alteration caused or contributed to the defect), or improper care;
-
Products installed without adequate bathroom ventilation, or otherwise outside the conditions described under Installation Environment below;
-
Damage caused by standing or pooled water, plumbing leaks, flooding, or sustained saturation;
-
Natural characteristics of wood (see below);
-
Variation in stain finishes (see Natural Characteristics of Wood below);
-
Normal wear and tear;
-
Labor costs, including the cost of any repairs, replacements, or modifications;
-
Transportation or shipping costs incurred in connection with this Warranty;
-
Products used in commercial or non-household settings.
Natural Characteristics of Wood
Natural woods, even from trees of the same species, may differ in color, texture, and graining, and may exhibit subtle changes over time as the wood ages. Natural and painted finishes will at times vary in color tone and grain characteristics. Painted face frames, doors, and other painted parts may eventually show visible cracking around joint areas. These changes may be accelerated or intensified by sunlight, smoke, household cleaners, and other environmental conditions, which may eventually cause wood to warp, split, or crack. These variations are considered natural characteristics of the material in relation to its environment, and normal wear and tear, and are not covered under this Warranty.
Installation Environment
Installation environment. Revolution vanities are engineered with dimensionally stable, voidless veneer-core plywood cabinet boxes suited to normal residential bathroom use. To remain covered, the product must be installed in a bathroom with adequate ventilation (an exhaust fan or an operable window) and used under normal residential conditions. This Warranty does not cover damage caused by standing or pooled water, plumbing leaks, flooding, sustained saturation or steam without ventilation, or prolonged exposure to relative humidity above approximately 60%. Solid-wood components and painted finishes may exhibit minor seasonal movement; see Natural Characteristics of Wood above.
Special Notes
Door warpage. For a period of one year after purchase, all doors less than 24¼″ wide and 45″ high are warranted if warpage is greater than 1/8″, and all doors over 24¼″ wide and 45″ high are warranted if warpage is greater than ¼″. Upon installation, a cabinet may be forced out of square; the door(s) of an out-of-square cabinet can appear warped when they are not. Please remove the door(s) and check them on a flat surface against the tolerances above before requesting a replacement. Mortise-and-tenon doors over 45″ high made as a single panel at the customer’s request are excluded from this Warranty.
How the Warranty Is Performed
If a covered defect occurs, Revolution will elect, in its sole discretion, to either repair or replace the defective material or component free of charge. Revolution reserves the right to change its product and finish offerings from time to time without notice. If a claim is filed on a product or finish no longer offered and Revolution elects to replace the material or component, Revolution will substitute a material or component it deems comparable in look and style and of equal or greater value. Revolution does not guarantee that finishes on replacement materials or components will exactly match the finishes of products already installed in your home.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
You must make your Warranty claim directly to Revolution. Your claim must describe the nature of all alleged defects and include your proof of purchase and photos. Email support@revolutionvanities.com to begin a claim.
Limitations
This Warranty is Revolution’s exclusive express warranty, and Revolution disclaims all other express warranties. In no event shall Revolution be liable for incidental or consequential damages to the original purchaser or any third party. No dealer or agent of Revolution has any authority to change or enlarge this Warranty or to enlarge Revolution’s liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
