Privacy policy
This policy explains what Revolution Furnishings, doing business as Revolution Vanities ("we," "us," "our"), collects when you use revolutionvanities.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have, including how to stop marketing emails and text messages.
We do not sell products through this Site and we do not take payment on it.
1. Information we collect
You give us:
-
Name, email address, phone number and mailing address
-
Project details you share when requesting a consultation or quote: property address, room dimensions, photographs of your space, plans or drawings, layout preferences, material and finish selections, budget range and timeline
-
Business details if you inquire as a designer, builder or trade partner
-
Reviews, project photographs and other content you submit
-
Anything you tell us by email, form, phone or text
We collect automatically:
-
Device and browser type, operating system, IP address, approximate location derived from IP
-
Pages and projects viewed, time on page, referring site and search terms, links clicked
-
Form starts and submissions
-
Identifiers from cookies, pixels and similar technologies
We receive from others:
-
Call details from our call-tracking provider when you call a number shown on the Site (see Section 5)
-

3. Email marketing
We send marketing email only to people who ask for it — by checking a subscribe box, or signing up through a form or pop-up on the Site. Opting in is never required to get a quote, book a consultation, or work with us.
Submitting an inquiry form is not by itself consent to marketing email. We will reply to your inquiry either way.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address. You can unsubscribe at any time using that link, or by emailing hello@revolutionvanities.com. We process unsubscribes promptly, and in all cases within ten business days.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop us replying to an inquiry you sent, or communicating with you about an active project.
We track opens, clicks and deliverability in our email platform so we can measure campaigns and stop sending to addresses that bounce.
4. Text message (SMS) marketing
How you join. You join our text program only by affirmatively opting in — entering your mobile number and checking an unchecked consent box on a Site form. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any quote, consultation or service. We keep a record of when, where and how each opt-in was given.
What you agree to. By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Revolution Vanities at the number provided, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop marketing texts to that number. We send one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply HELP for support, or reach us at hello@revolutionvanities.com.
Project texts are separate. If we text you about an active project — measuring appointments, delivery and install scheduling — those are part of the work and continue after you opt out of marketing.
What we do with your number. We use it to send the messages you asked for, to confirm deliverability, and to keep an accurate opt-out record.
We do not sell or rent mobile numbers, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that sends the messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or give up your mobile number, please tell us so we do not text someone else.
5. Phone calls and call tracking
Phone numbers shown on the Site may be tracking numbers that route to us. When you call, our call-tracking provider records the number you called from, the date, time and duration of the call, and which page, campaign or search term brought you to the Site. We use this to measure which marketing generates inquiries.
Where calls are recorded, you will be told at the start of the call and can ask us not to record. Some states require all parties to consent to recording.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies for:
-
Essential — page delivery, form submission and security. The Site does not work properly without these.
-
Analytics — how people find and use the Site.
-
Advertising — measuring campaigns and showing you Revolution Vanities ads on other sites and social platforms.
Advertising and analytics partners set their own cookies and may build profiles across sites. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and through any cookie banner or preference control on the Site.
We currently honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
7. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers who need it to do work for us, and only for that work:
-
Website hosting and form handling
-
CRM and customer-communication tools (our CRM is HubSpot)
-
Call tracking and attribution
-
Email and SMS marketing platforms
-
Analytics and advertising platforms
-
Installers, delivery partners and subcontractors working on your project
-
Accounting, tax and professional advisors
We may also disclose information to comply with law or legal process, to enforce our Terms, to protect our rights or someone's safety, and in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets — in which case you will be notified.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough to include the use of advertising cookies to show you ads on other sites. To the extent that applies, you can opt out using the control described in Section 9.
8. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and consultation records while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you come back to the project. We keep project records — drawings, specifications and correspondence — for as long as needed to support the work, generally seven years, since vanities questions can surface years later. We keep marketing contact information until you unsubscribe and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can honor your opt-out. Analytics data is kept in aggregated or de-identified form.
9. Your choices and rights
Anyone can:
-
Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any email
-
Reply STOP to any marketing text
-
Ask us to correct or update their contact and project information
-
Ask what we hold about them, or ask us to delete it
-
Ask us not to use photographs of their project in our marketing
Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and a growing number of other states — you may also have the right to know what we collect and disclose, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of targeted advertising and of "sale" or "sharing," and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email hello@revolutionvanities.com. We will verify your identity before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request with written permission. We respond within the time the applicable law allows, generally 45 days, and will tell you if we need longer.
If we deny a request, we will explain why and how to appeal.
10. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and vetted service providers to protect personal information. Because our work involves your home, we treat property addresses, photographs of your space and plans as confidential. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
11. Where information is processed
We operate in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States and elsewhere. If you use the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be handled under U.S. law.
12. Third-party sites
This policy covers only revolutionvanities.com. Sites we link to, including social platforms, suppliers and retail partners, have their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced on the Site and, where required, by email.
